Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities performed using their access.


3. Data Responsibility

  • Mobile device details and IMEI numbers

  • Uploaded identification documents and bills

Mobile Bazaar does not verify the authenticity of user-entered data.


4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the application for illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized personal information

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or system data

  • Use the application in violation of local laws and regulations

We implement reasonable security measures to protect stored data. However, users acknowledge that no digital system is completely secure, and Mobile Bazaar cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining secure device access and login protection.


6. Limitation of Liability

Mobile Bazaar shall not be held responsible for:

Use of the application is at the user's own risk.

Since accounts are created and managed by business administrators, data deletion requests must be submitted by authorized business owners or administrators.
